Go Tourney Ratings (GTR) is an online system that supports tourney data management, including the following functions.
You can create and edit tourney data interactively online, upload an existing data file, and download your online data.
Everyone can view published data anonymously, but to manage your own tourney data you first need to register.

Paul Matthews is currently a volunteer tournament director and webmaster for the Feng Yun Go School (www.fengyungoschool.com). His other relevant experience includes two decades as American Go Association Ratings Statistician, co-directing the New Jersey Open Go Tournament at Princeton University since 1990, and his tour of duty as U.S. Go Congress Director in 1989. Paul has a Ph.D. from Stanford University in experiment psychology (a.k.a., cognitive science and statistics), and worked for almost 30 years as a research scientist at Telcordia Technologies and Bell Laboratories.
